Newcomb & Boyd recently announced the licensure of six of its engineers. Mechanical engineers Robert W. Duncan, PE; Bennett K. Garner, PE; and Laura A. Rafter, PE, an associate of the firm, have become licensed professional engineers. William Scott King, PE, a plumbing engineer and an associate of the firm, also has become a licensed professional engineer.
In addition, the firm announced that Pamela L. Androff, E.I.T., is now licensed in the state of Florida, and Robert C. Grant has become a LEED® accredited professional. Both are mechanical engineers.
